I am in Thailand since two and half years and all the camps all over Thailand follow same system of training, part of the training is running, skipping, shadow boxing,sparring, pad work, bag work, clinching , jump knee and teeps for complement and after  sit ups and push ups.

At Tiger Muay  Thai we a lot of trainers over 30 total from beginner, intermediate  advanced and fighters class, they pay attention on you and correct moves, they give you water and massage during session, they are very professional.
