Ocean Bloom brings a refreshingly sensible, holistic and personalized approach to total health and fitness. She loves teaching and inspiring others to enjoy a healthy, fun, energetic, balanced lifestyle.

Ocean works in North America and Asia, as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, choreographer, yoga instructor and actress. Her areas of specialization include power yoga, Thai yoga massage, nutritional counseling, functional training, core conditioning and life coaching.

Ocean’s passion, devotion and inspiration come from 25 years of experience in theater, film, dance, yoga, gymnastics, martial arts, and over 14 years as a fitness competitor and model.
After winning several world championships in fitness competitions Ocean had a feeling that there had to be a better way to integrate internal well being with fitness. Ocean’s desire to find the balance between physical fitness and nurturing the spirit inspired her to travel to Asia to study Thai Massage, Meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga, & Martial Arts. Her interest in healing the body through massage and mediation brought her to Chiang Mai, Thailand for ongoing studies at the Sunshine Thai Massage School as well as training in the South of Thailand with the Mudita Thai Massage School.

Ocean has spent several years practicing and teaching yoga, including 250 hours of training with Eoin Finn, 500 hour training with Shiva Rea, the Radiantly Alive School in Bali and in Kerala, Southern India.

Ocean’s has been featured in and appeared on the covers of numerous fitness and lifestyle magazines including: Impact, Oxygen, Status Fitness, Body Talk, Flex, American Curves, Ironman, Musclemag, FAME Fitness and Lifestyle, Natural Bodybuilding Magazine, and Planet Muscle. Ocean is also a contributing Author for Status Fitness Magazine and Fresh Vancouver Magazine.

Ocean’s has appeared in many movies and television shows. She is a sponsored athlete with Magnum Nutraceuticals.

“My emphasis is on practical and functional physical fitness. Taking people through workouts, classes, and on physical and mental journeys that are transformative, inspiring, and limit breaking. I seek to create a balance between high intensity explosively powerful training and practicing deep relaxation techniques that let the nervous system unwind. I love to share my passion for fitness and for life with other like-minded people.”
