Supplements are good way to recovery your body if you do training high intensity, your fiber, muscles, ligaments, tendons everything need to work together.
After long time not taking anything i observe that, those supplements called BCAA are good to make you fell better. Because
is hard to get enough only by eating you must take amino/ vitamins & minerals/ and complex B, so thats the hard part take all those tablets.
