MMA class at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA camp starts 4 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Training about 1 and half hour.
Part 1
Training start standing for MMA:
shadow boxing 5 min
Hit pads 3 rounds x 5 min.
1 min break between rounds.
Sparring 3 rounds x 5 min.
1 min break between rounds.

Part 2
Training start standing Grappling for MMA:
Take downs attack and defense ( drills).

Part 3
Training start on the ground Bjj for MMA:
Sometimes we do ground and pound or free rolling.
we do also this kind of training, is very good to improve using limited parts of your body.
