Many people i meet say same thing some like to go for running only long distance and others only do sprints, what they dont pay attention, both are important depends what you focus on, in my opinion a good combination is for the week in 5 days go for long distance 3 times and sprint only 2.
Matt Shaw and i had a nice day going to Promthep cape to run up stairs about 15 min, that place is nice view point, many tourist from China and all Asia visit this point.
