I do not know  anyone who does not get nervous before a fight?

always work for me, listening to music, washing dishes, playing with dog , whatever, do something …

Normally I like to go for a walk, make me see the light on my situation and certainly help me in my struggle to do better

Before my last fight there was a song on television just before I leave my apartment to go to patong stadium, at the beginning I sing for fun, then the song is in my head and I start thinking about it to much …
anyway what I’m saying is you have to make your own way to win your fights in the ring or in your life…
